• Using the ICN platform means you accept all our rules, benefits, and policies.
• ICN may update, change, or discontinue services without prior notice.

✅ Eligibility to Join

• Only individuals aged 18 or above are eligible.
• Aadhaar and PAN must be submitted and match your name and details.
• All personal information must be accurate and verifiable.

✅ KYC is Mandatory

• KYC is required to activate cashback and referral income.
• Benefits start only after full KYC approval.
• Invalid, mismatched, or incomplete documents will be rejected.

✅ One Aadhaar / PAN = One Account

• Each Aadhaar and PAN can be used for only one ICN membership.
• Duplicate accounts will be permanently deactivated.

✅ Silver Plan Upgrade Rule

• You can upgrade from Silver Plan only once.
• Second upgrades are not allowed.
• To change plans again, you must register a new membership with a new referral code.

• Travel – food, flights, hotels (domestic + international)

• Tractors, solar pumps
• Agricultural electricity and fuel

✅ International Spending Cashback (Platinum & Diamond Only)

• Valid for shopping, hotels, food, and travel abroad.
• Bills must be in INR or international currency.
• Corporate or group invoices are not eligible.

✅ Bill Submission Rules

• Upload bills within 48 hours of purchase.
• Bills must be:
• GST-compliant
• Personal use only
• Original (not reused or altered)
• EMI receipts or commercial-use bills are disqualified.

✅ Student Cashback (Excludes Silver)

• Valid for:
• Tuition fees
• Coaching/online classes
• Books, tablets, educational software

✅ High-Value Cashback Categories (Gold/Platinum/Diamond)

• Rent payments
• Property or vehicle down payments
• Insurance premiums
• Electronics, weddings, furniture, and luxury spending

✅ Referral Income Structure

• 10% direct referral commission on plan purchase.
• Up to 1.5% cashback on direct referral’s shopping.
• Up to 4% cashback on second-level referral shopping.
• Referral income is only activated after KYC and first bill upload.

✅ Cashback Distribution

• 95% cashback is sent to your bank.
• 5% is issued in ICN Coins (non-withdrawable; usable in-app).
• Post-promotional period: 100%in cash.

✅ Disqualification & Penalty Rules

• Any of the following will lead to immediate termination:
• Fake or reused bills
• Business-use or EMI bills
• Impersonation or ID misuse
• Duplicate accounts with same Aadhaar/PAN
• ICN reserves the right to take legal action.
